Whether it was rewarding Jimmy Carter for criticizing the Iraq War or supporting Al Gore in his crusade against global warming, the Norwegian Parliament – which chooses the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize – has sought to use the award as a political tool to influence American politic s. Its prestige and moral power make the prize a potent weapon with which to help steer the direction of the colossus beyond the seas that controls a quarter of the world’s economy and most of its military power.

Now, the Norwegians have weighed in to support Barack Obama in his bid to reshape America so it looks more like, well, Norway, or at least like Europe.

European socialism cannot succeed without conquering the United States. If the European Union has high taxes and the US keeps its levies low, business and brains will flow to America. If the EU’s labor standards require long vacations, high benefits, and proscribe layoffs and ours’ do not, employers will migrate across the ocean to do their business in the States. If the Old World curbs ambition by taxation, regulation, and social opprobrium, the ambitious will flock to the New World as they have done for four hundred years.

So, Lenin was right. Socialism cannot exist in just one country – or one continent. It must dominate worldwide or wealth and power will flow to those who remain committed to the free market. Europe realizes this reality and it makes Obama’s election as president of the United States all the more welcome.

The Nobel Prize is really Obama’s payback for disciplining the unruly United States and taming it to be a member of the European family of nations. Europe wants to reverse the American Revolution and re-colonize us and it sees in Obama a kindred spirit willing to do its bidding.

Dick Morris is so right on.
Our daughter is interning at the American Embassy in Rome and she’s getting a clear insiders view of how the US works. She has high ranking inside the U.S. Embassy just because she is an American. She can see clear differences how we get things accomplished and opperate with our ideas, and our thoughtfull fairmindedness. She’s more of a patriot now than ever.Although taught otherwise by her liberal proffesers at University. She has quite another perspective now that she’s experienceing it for herself. We don’t need to be RE-Colonized.Free market works.Do other countrys send students to their Embassys for Internships? Nope!! That’s the beauty of this nation,FREEDOM.

The No-Bell Prize hasn’t had any credibilty for some time. Look at some of the recent recipients: communist Nelson Mandela, communist Kofi Annan, Suicide bomb inventor Yasser Arafat, virulent anti-semite Jimmah Karter, and now marxist and anti-American Barack Obumba.

The criteria for the ‘Prize’ has come to be a demonstration of leftist ideology and a hatred of the United States. Obumba trashed the U.S., apologized for it’s imagined transgressions, and weakened it. As Jimmah Karter and Bill Klinton did before him.

A strong and confident and prosperous U.S. really gets the goat of the weak and vacillating european slaves. The europeans have never met a tyrant they wouldn’t roll over for. Capitulation is their mantra. Look at Norway during WWII. France. The appeasement of England that caused them to loose thousands of civilians and almost their country. If not for ‘lend lease’ they most probably would have lost the Battle of Britian.

The key to survival in this dangerous world is eternal vigilance and preparedness and courage. Cowardice in the face of the enemy only emboldens them. There are simply people in this world who need killing.
